An entrepreneur, consultant, and author, Mr. Schwartz brings a wide-ranging background to his role as Flooid Power’s chief executive. After college, where he double-majored in Classics and Government, he worked for fifteen years in Alaska as a commercial fisherman and vessel owner & operator.
After moving to Massachusetts for graduate school, he was a principal at Emphasis Consulting Group, where he worked with business, non-profit, municipal, political, and other clients to develop comprehensive, creative strategies to accomplish short- and long-term goals.
In the energy space, Mr. Schwartz’s work has focused on distributed, renewable, high-efficiency microgrids as the framework for future-proof energy management.
Mr. Schwartz brings to Flooid Power his experience in organization building, communications, business & non-profit fundraising, government & community relations, and strategic planning in a variety of contexts.
